About the Role
As Customer Hero Executive you will provide information about the parcel’s statuses, data about our services both to b2c and b2b clients.
What You’ll Do

Respond to customers via Live Chat to assist them in everyday issues about Svuum’s services and products.

Handle concurrent written interactions with customers in a manner and comprehensive way, in order to achieve the predefined SLAs.

Support customers also via calls, in order to provide information regarding inquires customer has raised.

Handle customer’s communication polite, with a professional way and be always customer oriented.

Guiding clients through the status of delivery routes and driver’s statuses and recommending solutions to problems occurred during operation

Gathering client feedback and sharing with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Provide quality control assistance to the operation manager

Driving improvements to monitor and engage processes to ensure scalability

Act as an ambassador of Svuum mission, brand, and product
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to take ownership and proactively drive performance
• Problem solving skills: when you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the box until you fix it
• Capable to run analysis and/or understand data and transform it into relevant insights
• Extraordinary listening, communication and organisational skills
• Effective at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Fluent in English
